The buying process is simple:

- Fill the booking form and pay the booking amount to block the plot.
- Complete KYC and documentation.
- Follow the payment schedule as agreed.
- Get registration done in your name as per applicable law.
Typically 10–25% of the plot value is taken as a booking amount, depending on the project and offer. The remaining amount is paid as per the payment schedule discussed with you.
The registry timeline depends on the project phase and agreed payment schedule. In most cases, once the necessary payments and documentation are completed, registration is initiated within the time frame mentioned in the Application Form or Agreement for Sale.
