  • If a buyer wishes to cancel a booking, a written cancellation request must be submitted to the Company.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the terms of the Application Form and Agreement for Sale.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after approval of cancellation, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
  • No refunds will be entertained once the Agreement for Sale has been executed and registered.
6.4 Force Majeure

Eternal Group India shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, strikes, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
